I’m always creating new art with my camera, pencils, brushes, or a mysterious digital device. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ask about my commission rates. In the meantime, ask yourself one question, framed, rolled, or gallery wrapped?

Artist Statement

Artist Cameron VanAusdal

The world, and the people around me, have molded, shaped, and warped the way that I see beauty. In turn, my art is antithetical. I’m often exploring the beauty of the optimism of light in one piece while confronting the uneasy sense the abyss is staring back in another. I’m exploring the vastness of the universe and its ability to make me feel so small in its light. While also being intimately engrossed with the dark expanse of my fears and trapping them on the canvas. Compelled in my everyday life to create, I’ve come to the web to share my art in the hopes that you will find a sense of calm in the blinding light or the smothering dark.
